We are a well-established company specialising in educational group tours for schools, colleges and universities and leisure breaks for adult groups. Our experience in the travel sector spans several years and we hold a reputation of excellence and competitiveness.

From the moment we started operating in 1993, our simple objective has been to ensure customers are always treated with personal care and attention and a close working relationship developed. It is our in depth knowledge and understanding of individual group requirements that keeps our faithful travellers returning.

All our programmes are created in close association with our group organisers spanning a wide range of destinations within the UK, Europe and worldwide and vary in length from two to ten days.

In a world of irritating automated customer contact, we are even more determined to provide “real” service and throughout every tour we are on duty 24-hours a day, seven days a week to ensure a successful “travel adventure”.

The standard of out service has been acknowledged by Disneyland® Resort Paris, with whom we work very closely, and we hold the acclaimed “Disneyland® Resort Paris Business Partnership Award” and not long after we started operating we were presented with the UK Coach Tour Operator of the Year.

Security

We comply with all necessary travel legislation to protect customers’ money as required by the Consumer Protection, the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tour regulations 1992. We operate a Trust Account for our groups travelling by coach which ‘ring fences’ their payments until tour departure. This means that in the unlikely event of our financial failure, the Trustees of the Trust Account can authorise the full reimbursement of customers’ payments whose tours are affected or have not yet departed.

Any air holidays are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 9173.
